Cancellation Policy
Green Screen Bay Rental Agreement Agreement to Terms By signing this agreement, the undersigned ("Renter") agrees to rent the green screen bay and associated equipment ("Rental Facilities") from Vault Studios ABQ ("Owner"), subject to the terms outlined herein. Insurance Requirement Renter agrees to secure and maintain liability and damage insurance covering the Rental Facilities during the rental period. Proof of insurance must be provided to the Owner prior to the commencement of the rental term. The insurance must cover all potential damages to the Rental Facilities and injury to persons within the premises. Damage and Repair Renter is responsible for any damage caused to the Rental Facilities during the rental period. In the event of damage, Renter agrees to either repair the damaged property to its original condition or replace the damaged item entirely at their expense within fourteen (14) working days of the occurrence. Security and Access Renter is responsible for ensuring that the door to the Rental Facilities is securely closed and locked upon exiting. Should security camera footage reveal that the Renter failed to secure the door, Renter will be subject to a fine determined by the Owner. The amount and terms of the fine will be specified in the rental invoice or communicated in writing. Compliance and Indemnification Renter agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Rental Facilities. Renter shall indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Renter's use of the Rental Facilities. Cancellation Policy Renter may cancel the reservation without penalty if notification is given at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time. If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the Renter may reschedule the booking to another available time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the rental cost. Term and Termination This agreement is effective upon the signing date and remains in effect until the end of the rental period as specified in the rental schedule or upon earlier termination in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
